Simona Ruggiero is an experienced linguist specializing in translation and localization. Currently serving as an AI trainer for Italian writers at Outlier since June 2024, Simona also works as an Italian translator for DreamWorks Animation and as a subtitle translator for ZOO Digital Group plc. With extensive freelance experience since 2008 and roles at companies such as Mesmo, Inc., Iyuno•SDI Group, and SDI Media, Simona has developed expertise in translating and proofreading various media-related content, medical reports, and animated series. An associate member of the American Translators Association, Simona holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpreter and Translator from SSML Maddaloni, Italy.
