Rachel Claffey currently serves as the Police Community Engagement Coordinator for the Mesa Police Department, a role held since October 2022. Prior to this, Rachel held various positions at the League of Arizona Cities and Towns from December 2018 to October 2022, including Member Services Associate, Member Services Assistant, and Staff Assistant. Rachel also worked as a Doctoral University Counselor at Grand Canyon University from May 2017 to December 2018, connecting with new and prospective online students. Earlier experience includes serving as the Marketing and Event Coordinator at Grey Matter Family Bicycle Shop from May 2014 to October 2018, focusing on marketing and community outreach. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, both from Grand Canyon University.
