Juan Ortiz has extensive work experience in various industries. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Denny's as a General Manager, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and developing employees as well as managing budgets. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as an FSMIV, managing a large budget and ensuring a safe work environment. Starting in 2016, they began working at the Windham School District as a Career Technical Educator, teaching and evaluating students on management and culinary skills. Currently, since 2019, they are employed at Mesa Natural Gas Solutions, initially as a Field Office Manager, overseeing daily operations and building customer relationships. Recently, they have taken on the role of Chief of Global Operations Support.
