Dan Mchugh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at BoxLock and Compensation Committee Chairman at American Commercial Barge Line, Dan also holds positions as a Compensation Committee Board Member at Mesa Airlines, Inc. and as a Governance Committee Board Member at Amports Inc. Dan is the Managing Principal at Orca East, LLC. Previously, Dan was the Chief Executive Officer at Livingston International, where successful financial restructuring facilitated a company sale in 2019. Additional experience includes serving as President and CEO at Southern Air Inc. and CEO for DHL Express Asia Pacific. Dan’s academic background includes an MBA in International Business from Duke University and a BS in Business Administration and English Literature from Loras College.
