Dr. Charles Xeller has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as the medical director of VA services at MES Solutions, Inc. since 2007. In addition, Dr. Xeller has been involved as an IME and designated doctor for Medical Evaluation Specialist since January 1992 and has maintained a private practice in orthopaedics since July 1986. Dr. Xeller is also recognized as an orthopaedic surgeon with The American Academy of Neurological and Orthopaedic Surgeons since 1985. Dr. Xeller earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from SUNY at Downstate Medical School from 1975 to 1979, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from St. John's University in New York from 1972 to 1975.
