Kristy Sieve is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and operations. Currently serving as President and Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Mertz Design Studio since June 2021, Kristy also owns Coalesive LLC, specializing as a Branded Environments, Workshop and Engagement Consultant since May 2019. Previous roles include Workplace Market Lead at Kolar Design, where responsibilities included business development, thought leadership, and team development from January 2014 to May 2019, and various positions at BHDP Architecture and the W design studio, among others. With a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati, Kristy has built a strong career with a focus on creative problem-solving, client relations, and strategic management across multiple design disciplines.
