Matt Dean possesses extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, currently serving as Project Manager for both Merritt Construction Services and Merritt Properties, LLC since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Matt Dean worked as a Project Engineer at James G. Davis Construction from October 2016 to 2019, and held the position of Mid-Atlantic Field Manager at Leedo Cabinetry from September 2013 to October 2016. Early in the career, Matt Dean gained experience as a Kitchen Estimator, Jr. Kitchen Estimator, and Purchasing Agent at Central Wholesalers, Inc. from September 2011 to August 2013. Matt Dean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from McDaniel College in 2011, having completed high school at St. Vincent Pallotti High School from 2003 to 2007.
