Aydin A. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Aydin began their career at West Deutsche LandesBank in 1992 as a Specialist, where they worked until 1994. Aydin then moved on to Sitebank, where they served as an Assistant Manager from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Atlasbank Investment Banking as a Manager, staying until 2001. From 2002 to 2004, Aydin worked at Ak Emeklilik as a Corporate Marketing Specialist. In 2004, they joined Mercer as a Senior Associate, staying with the company until 2013. Finally, Aydin worked at Datasite (formerly known as Merrill Corporation) as a Project Manager from 2013 onwards.

Aydin A. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences and International Relations at Boğaziçi University from 1987 to 1993.
