Spencer Holt, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Experience & People Officer at Merlin Entertainments since August 2023, spearheading initiatives for a workforce of 30,000 and enhancing guest experiences for over 50 million annual visitors. As a Board Member for the Know Your Lemons Foundation and Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer of Global Leader Group, Spencer contributes to organizational development and leadership training. Previous roles at AstraZeneca include Head of Commercial Learning Innovation Centre and Global Director of Leader & Enterprise Development, where significant learning frameworks were established. Spencer's early experience includes management roles at Five Star North America, Theremoplastic Contractors Inc., and the Bank of Montreal. Educational credentials comprise a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Lethbridge and both a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in Leadership Development and Higher Education Administration, respectively.
