Lauren Henderson currently works as a People Experience Coordinator at Merivale, starting in February 2024. Previously, Lauren served as a People & Culture Administrator at Redlands, where support was provided to over 500 employees and contributions were made to the HR function. Prior roles include Senior Boarding Resident and Boarding Assistant at Abbotsleigh School, a Project Intern with Scouts Australia focusing on non-formal education research, and Administrative Assistant at Northern Specialist Anaesthetics. Early experience includes tutoring at NumberWorks'nWords and working as a retail cashier at Kmart Australia Limited. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Macquarie University, completed in June 2022, and received education at Abbotsleigh from 2008 to 2018.
