Jackson Blum is a experienced professional in customer success and education, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Merit since November 2019, after previously holding the role of Customer Success Specialist. Prior experience includes consulting at Noodle.ai, where Jackson focused on enterprise services, and teaching positions at various educational institutions, including The Hamlin School and Sun Valley Community School.
