John Beatty has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John is currently employed as the Director of Operations at Meriton since 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at Texas AirSystems from 2019 to 2020. John also served as the Strategic Initiative Leader, Sales Manager, and General Manager, Air Distribution during their tenure at Texas AirSystems. Before that, John worked as a CEO Coach/Mentor/Advisor at Vistage International from 2010 to 2012. John has also held leadership positions such as Vice-President/Business Unit Leader at Jamak Fabrication, President/CEO at Rotobrush, Vice President at Titus, and Distribution Marketing Manager at Johnson Controls, Inc. John started their career as a Marketing Engineer at The Trane Company.

John Beatty attended Marquette University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained an MBA degree in Business. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1983, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a BS degree in Engineering.
