Jake Buckner is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales, strategic growth, and operational excellence within the HVAC and construction services industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Meriton since September 2024, Jake collaborates with the executive leadership team on portfolio growth opportunities. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales at TEAL from February 2020 to September 2024, Jake led a national sales team to expand the company’s footprint. Jake also has experience as an Independent Consultant, advising private equity firms on strategic growth plans, and held significant roles at Texas AirSystems, where substantial revenue and operating income growth was achieved under Jake's leadership. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington and Lee University and has a diverse professional background that includes leadership, sales management, and strategic consulting.
