Gina Grippando currently serves as the Clerk of the Board at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Gina was the Assistant General Counsel for Administrative Law at the U.S. International Trade Commission from April 2019 to January 2024, and also served as Acting Assistant General Counsel during that time. Additional experience includes working as an Attorney and Program Manager at the Office of Management and Budget from September 2018 to March 2019, and a long tenure at the U.S. Federal Labor Relations Authority from March 2003 to March 2019, where roles included Counsel for Regulatory and Public Affairs, Equal Employment Opportunity Director, Chief of Case Intake & Publication, and Attorney-Advisor (Labor). Gina holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language & Literature from Smith College.
