Dorothy Moran has extensive experience with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, serving as an Administrative Judge from November 2008 to the present and recently holding the title of Retired Administrative Judge since January 2022. In this role, Dorothy has been involved in the adjudication of Federal Employees Appeals and mediation. Dorothy earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Labor Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, completing studies from 1975 to 1978.
