Cindy McKelroy has a diverse work history in the field of quality assurance and regulatory systems. Cindy started their career at Mallinckrodt Medical as a Quality Manager from 1997-1999. Cindy then joined Merit Medical Systems, Inc. in 1989 and worked as a Quality Manager until 2011. From 2011-2020, they held the position of VP Regulatory and Quality Systems at MicroMed Cardiovascular, Inc. and then at ReliantHeart Inc. From 2020 until their retirement in 2024, Cindy served as the Site Director of Quality Assurance at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. in Pearland, Texas.

Cindy McKelroy attended the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1979 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology.
