Mithun Mondal is an experienced production manager with a demonstrated history in the textile industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Creative Group since June 2023, Mithun previously held the same title at Alok Industries Ltd from July 2017 to June 2023. Prior to that, a role as Manufacturing Manager was held at Arvind Limited from December 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing an extensive weaving process with Air-jet looms. Mithun's earlier experience at Alok Industries Ltd from June 2007 to November 2015 as Assistant Manager involved overseeing large-scale loom operations. Mithun holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Textile Technology from West Bengal University of Technology, completed in 2007.
