Sandi Gregson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sandi began their career at Stone Carlie as an Administrative Coordinator, where they worked for ten years. Sandi then transitioned to Aragon Consulting Group / ACG Research Solutions, where they served as a Network/Telecommunications Administrator and later as a Graphic Designer / Database Manager. At IBM, Sandi worked as a Program/Project Manager, supporting process redesign and quality evaluation initiatives. Sandi then joined Sprint as a Program/Project Manager II, managing recognition programs and performance incentives. Sandi later became the Community Health Program Manager at the American Optometric Association, overseeing three community health programs. Sandi also worked at Robert Half in Account Management before joining Meridian Waste as the Manager of Customer Care and Dispatch/Operations, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and improving productivity.

Sandi Gregson attended St. Louis Community College, where they pursued a general field of study. Following their time at St. Louis Community College, Sandi attended Hickey Business College, although their degree name and field of study are unknown.
