Lynn Eason has extensive experience in workers' compensation and risk management across various industries. Currently serving as the Workers Compensation Manager at Meridian Senior Living since February 2015, Lynn manages all workers' compensation claims and acts as a liaison between employees and the workers' compensation carrier. Prior roles include Risk Management Specialist at Extended Stay America, where Lynn oversaw claims for a workforce of 10,000 across 684 locations, and Workers Compensation & Safety Specialist at Ross Stores, Inc. Additionally, Lynn has held positions in human resources at National Welders Supply Company, RADIATOR SPECIALTY COMPANY, and K-MART, gaining a comprehensive understanding of safety, compliance, and employee relations. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Gardner-Webb University.
