Alyson Woolley is an experienced manager in international programming with a background in various roles at Meridian International Center since May 2021, progressively advancing from Program Associate to Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Program Coordinator at The Global Language Network and internships at PartnersGlobal, The Latin America Working Group, Fundación Superación Pobreza, and the Peace Corps. Additionally, Alyson has contributed as a Student Researcher at Thrive DC, assisting with research on homelessness services, and as an Assistant ESL Teacher at The Family Place DC. Alyson holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from American University, complemented by study abroad experiences in International Relations and Affairs at Universidad Diego Portales and Spanish Language and Literature at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
