Guy Waipara possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, with a career at Meridian Energy spanning from June 2008 to the present, holding various senior management roles including General Manager Development, General Manager Generation and Natural Resources, General Manager Markets and Production, General Manager External Relations, and Corporate Ventures Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Grid Development Manager at Transpower NZ from 2003 to 2005, and a tenure at Transpower from 1990 to 2005 focused on Grid Development.
