Xavier Ploquin currently serves as Investment Director at Meridiam, overseeing the Green Impact Growth Fund focused on sustainable infrastructure in Europe since February 2020. Previously held titles include Chief of Staff and Principal at the same organization. Xavier Ploquin also holds the position of Senior Associate at Voltalis and is a board member for Ecoslops and ESG Book, as well as a board observer for Evergaz and Finance for Tomorrow. Additional roles include participating in the Impact Working Group Pilot at Institut Choiseul and being a member of the Choiseul 100 Ranking at Cercle de Giverny, where Xavier Ploquin was recognized as a laureate in 2022. From June 2021 to July 2023, Xavier Ploquin served as a board member for France Invest for individuals under 35 and worked as a chargé de mission at the Conseil général de l’économie under the direction of the Prime Minister to address industrial solutions for medication stock shortages.
