Agathe LECLET is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and strategic HR advisory. Currently serving as an HR Advisor in Portfolio Management at Meridiam since January 2019, Agathe collaborates with Investment Directors across over 100 project companies globally to attract and manage senior management talents, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate talent management initiatives. Prior roles include HR Generalist/Business Partner and HR Officer at OECD, where Agathe managed talent acquisition processes, performance management, and the Young Professionals Programme. Agathe holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Esdes Business School and is pursuing an Executive programme in Compensation and Benefits at Magellan Institute.
