Kelsey Coughlin has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they worked as a Market Sales Manager at Merican Mule, where they managed and developed relationships with accounts, executed sales objectives, and coordinated events and promotions. Prior to that, they were a Digital Marketing Intern at BDI from 2021 to 2023. In 2020, they were a member of Pi Sigma Epsilon at the University of Georgia. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a waitress at GAMEDAY FRESH GRILL, and from 2017 to 2019, they were a food server at Gameday. Additionally, they were a lifeguard at SwimAtlanta Pool Management in 2018 and served as the Head Coach of the E.T. Booth Middle School Lacrosse Team from 2017 to 2018.

Kelsey Coughlin has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus in Marketing from The University of Georgia, which they completed in 2022. Kelsey also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education and the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which they completed between 2019 and 2022. In addition, Kelsey attended Georgia College & State University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. During their time at UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education and the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
