Roger McQuaid, PMP®, is a seasoned Project Engineer at Mergon Group since February 2018, with a robust background in engineering project management and process engineering. Prior experience includes over 15 years at HP, where Roger successfully led international teams in the development of ink supplies for printers, achieved timely completion of R&D projects, and enhanced manufacturing processes. Additional roles at VistaMed, Fujitsu (Ireland), and Taconic International Ltd. provided valuable experience in technical support, process improvement, and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Technology Management, a Certificate in Bioprocess Engineering, and a PMP certification, alongside a BSc (Hons) in Technology and a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering.
