John Hergert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and leadership within the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Solutions Leader for Life Sciences at MERGE since May 2024, John also acts as a Strategic Advisor at Cloudvail and is a Council Member for Forbes Business Council. Previously, John held significant roles including Vice President and Partner at Genpact, where responsibilities included leading digital strategy, AI, and global Salesforce CRM practices, as well as Vice President of Experience and Salesforce CRM at Rightpoint. With a robust background in strategic planning and client management, John has also contributed to various boards, including the George M. Pullman Educational Foundation and the University Club of Chicago. John holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
