Tokutaro Utsunomiya currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Merge since September 2023. Previously, Tokutaro worked at Heap from August 2018 to September 2023, holding various roles including Senior Manager of Customer Success and Enterprise Account Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Bloomberg LP from March 2012 to July 2018 as an Account Manager and Foreign Exchange Advanced Specialist, and at Eurekahedge from December 2009 to February 2012 as Senior Business Development Associate. Tokutaro's career began at AXA as a Financial Consultant and included a summer internship at Morgan Stanley. Academic qualifications include a BBA in Finance, Organization & Management from Emory University, and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
