Sheily Shah is a Software Engineer currently employed at Merge since July 2024, with prior experience at Flock Freight and ServiceNow, where roles included backend engineering on AI-powered chatbots and workflow automation tools. Sheily also served as the Director of Publications for Young Jains of America and co-founded hEARt Listens, a nonprofit aimed at supporting college students facing mental health challenges through peer connections. Earlier internship experiences at ServiceNow and JOOL Health complemented Sheily's education, which culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
