Arianna Gelwicks is a seasoned recruiting professional currently serving as the Head of Recruiting at Merge since March 2024. Previously, Arianna held the same title at Pinwheel from April 2021 to March 2024, where responsibility included managing the recruiting function and scaling the company's workforce from 25 to 100 employees during a pivotal growth phase from Series A to B. Earlier experience includes roles as Tech Recruiting Lead focused on engineering and design at Pinwheel, and Senior Tech Recruiter & Account Manager at Andiamo Partners from July 2018 to April 2021. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Digital PR Intern at 2U, Acquisition Marketing Intern at CleanChoice Energy, and various roles at The George Washington University and the Environmental Law Institute. Arianna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Sustainability, and Journalism from The George Washington University School of Business, and has educational backgrounds from Choate Rosemary Hall and Copenhagen Business School.
