Efren Soto has extensive experience in sales and longshore activities, currently serving at Meredith Digital since January 2010, where responsibilities include managing accounts related to printer supplies and IT services. In addition, Efren has been involved with the Pacific Maritime Association since November 2004. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology (1983-1985) and completion of high school education at Eagle Rock High School (1979-1983).
