Julie Paullins, RN, has extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing, currently serving as the Urology Clinic Operations Manager and ENT Clinic Operations Manager at Mercy Medical Center since December 2012. Prior roles at Mercy Medical Center include ENT Registered Nurse Allergy, RN Clinic Scribe, RN in Dialysis, LPN in Dialysis, and Department Secretary for Outpatient Physical Therapy. Julie previously worked in human resources at Cargill Animal Nutrition and Pool Tech Midwest, Inc., and owned Deerwood Daycare. Julie began a career in customer service at Kmart and Jack's Discount Store and held a benefits administrator role at McLeodUSA. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing from Kirkwood Community College and a high school diploma from George Washington Senior High School. Julie has also participated in a PHR Study Group.
