Kathleen Janson is the Founder and Executive Director of Janson Group, a strategic communications consultancy established in 2000, which specializes in providing communication tools for companies navigating critical transitions across various sectors including technology, legal, and healthcare. Additionally, Kathleen serves as a Board Member on the Strategy & Growth Committee at Mercy House Living Centers since 2006, and has been a Committee Member at Soka University of America since the same year. Previous experience includes a role as VP of Global Corporate Communications at Ingram Micro from 1996 to 2000, where Kathleen directed global communications initiatives, and as VP of Corporate Communications at Legent Corp. from 1993 to 1995, overseeing corporate positioning and communication strategies.
