Jim Siercke is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Incident Manager and Cloud Operations Problem Manager at MercuryGate International since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Senior Manager, Technology Infrastructure at Sheer from November 2018 to February 2022. Jim's earlier career includes a significant tenure at SGI LLC (Story Group) from December 2007 to December 2018 as a Senior Developer, focusing on Java and ColdFusion applications on JBoss Application Server. Additional experience includes software development for legacy PHP applications at QualitySmith from September 2006 to August 2007, and work as an Analyst/Programmer IV for the State of Alaska from March 1999 to August 2006, developing the statewide accounting system using COBOL and SASS in a mainframe environment. Jim holds a diploma from Troy High School, earned between 1984 and 1988.
