Steve McMillan holds a BS in Information Technology and an MM in Business/Managerial Economics. Currently serving as the Head of IT Infrastructure Operations and Services at Mercury Insurance, Steve is responsible for IT networks, telephony, and audio-visual collaboration technologies, collaborating closely with the CTO's Senior Leadership Team. Previously, Steve was the Director of IT Network Services and briefly served as Interim CISO, managing an Infosec department while overseeing incident management and compliance. At Molina Healthcare, Steve acted as Associate Vice President of IT, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of core IT systems and managing high-impact projects. Steve's extensive experience at Apollo Group spanned over 17 years, during which notable achievements included leading a technology reinvention project and significantly enhancing internal help desk performance.
