Seetha Nagaraj, SPHR, sHRBP, PAHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Mercury Insurance since June 2019, Seetha has also held roles such as Human Resources Specialist at Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. and HR Business Partner on a pro bono basis at Advance Social Innovation. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Oracle as a Senior Business Partner where Seetha contributed to strategic HR initiatives and global programs.
