Brynna Hamm is currently an Onboarding Specialist at Mercury. Brynna previously worked as a Customer Engagement Representative at Aspiration from July 2020 to March 2021. In this role, Brynna was consistently among the top five performers in department KPIs, managed multiple software applications and technology platforms to provide front line support to customers, and advocated for customer needs by suggesting and implementing customer experience improvements. Brynna also liaised with the L&D department to help update training material for peers and documented and triaged technical bug processed in Jira.

From December 2019 to June 2020, Brynna worked as a Partnership Development & New Vendor Onboarding Specialist at Spreetail. In this role, they were responsible for developing partnerships with new vendors, onboarding them onto the Spreetail platform, and managing all communications between Spreetail and the vendor. Brynna was successful in developing strong relationships with vendors and maintaining a high level of communication to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Brynna Hamm completed their undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Brynna is currently pursuing a career in the healthcare field.
