Ana Wiechers currently serves as the VP of Customer Experience at Mercury since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ana spent nearly nine years at Zendesk, where roles included Senior Director of Customer Experience, Director of Advocacy Customer Trust, and Senior Manager of Enterprise Support Strategy. During Ana's tenure at Zendesk, programs and projects of significant complexity were architected and managed, leading to a consistent best-in-class support experience with over 95% customer satisfaction ratings. Earlier career experiences include positions at United States Cellular, Select Communications, and Marcus Theatres, where Ana developed skills in technical support, customer success, and team management.
