Fawwad Alam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fawwad started their career as a Customer Support Engineer at SAZTEL Data Communication (Pvt) Ltd, where they were responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of radio modems and wireless networks.
After that, Fawwad joined Infotech Pvt Ltd., where they worked as a System Engineer. Fawwad'sresponsibilities included installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IBM servers and network operating systems. Fawwad also designed and implemented advanced management solutions for IBM.
Fawwad then moved on to Ovex Technologies Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., where they worked as a Regional Technical Lead. In this role, they managed a team in the South Region and worked on various enterprise mobile management projects for Mobilink's corporate customers. Fawwad also provided IT support to non-technical personnel and responded to technical support needs.
Following their stint at Ovex Technologies, Fawwad joined Mercurial Minds. Fawwad first served as a Sr IT Engineer, managing a technical team nationwide and providing technical support for corporate solutions. Fawwad also supported VMWare Airwatch and Samsung Knox.
Later, Fawwad transitioned into a role as a Specialist Tech Sales at Mercurial Minds, where they focused on business development, customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management.
Currently, Fawwad holds the position of Sr Business Development Executive at Mercurial Minds. Fawwad'sprimary responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, researching client referrals, networking, and generating leads. Fawwad also provides prospective customers with information about the company's services and delivers additional presentations as needed.
Fawwad Alam attended Karachi University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Information Technology.
