Daniel Quintero has extensive work experience in the energy trading and financial operations industry. Daniel started their career at Morgan Stanley in 2008 as Trade Support EMEA Energy - Director until 2012. Following that, they joined J.P. Morgan as Vice President - EMEA Commodities (Energy) until 2014. Quintero then moved on to Mercuria Energy Trading S.A., where they held the positions of EMEA Head of Financial Operations from 2014 to 2017, and currently serves as the European Head of Middle Office.

Daniel Quintero completed their Electronics Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Daniel pursued this degree from 1998 to 2004. After that, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an MSc in Finance.
