Kenneth Lean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent advisory and human resources. Currently, Kenneth serves as Partner and APAC Head - Talent Advisory at Mercuri Urval since May 2008, where responsibilities include executive coaching and strategic leadership. Prior to this role, Kenneth held positions as Group Director and Vice President at TASC from February 2006 to February 2008, and as HR Manager at Savantech.com from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Kenneth served as Resident Manager in Dubai for Symmetrix International from 1996 to 2000 and was involved in business development at the Centre for Business Transformation - Aptech from 1992 to 1996. Kenneth obtained an MBA from Bangalore University between 1990 and 1992.
