Jeroen Debue is an experienced Executive Search Consultant specializing in the financial services and insurance sectors. Currently, Jeroen is with Mercuri Urval, focusing on leadership advisory services since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jeroen served as a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry, where the emphasis was on sourcing elite leadership talent within the financial services industry. Jeroen also held the position of Practice Leader at LHH, leading executive search assignments from 2016 to 2022 and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays with a focus on banking and insurance clients, and as a Corporate Banker at Europabank, where support was provided to SMEs.
