Isabella Valentini is a seasoned professional in International Business and Leadership Advisory, currently serving as the Group Director for International Business and Head of the Associate Network at Mercuri Urval since June 2014. With a focus on leadership development, coaching, and assessment, Isabella leads a global team to enhance the firm's reach and effectiveness in various sectors, emphasizing ESG principles. Previous roles within Mercuri Urval include Director and Principal Consultant, where expertise in APAC markets was leveraged to drive strategic client collaborations. Prior to this, Isabella held research and business development positions at the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Vinitaly International, respectively, and coordinated emergency response for Siemens during the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Chinese Studies from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
