Ilkka Repo is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in various organizations, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Mercuri Urval since August 2022. Previously, Repo held the position of Chief Executive at the Finnish Coeliac Society and the Allergy Foundation, as well as at the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation. Repo's governance experience includes a role on the Administrative Council of Veikkaus Oy. Earlier in the career, Repo worked as a financial advisor at Finland’s Slot Machine Association. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Economics from LUT University, completed in 2001.
