Gabriele Zander is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, talent management, and organizational change. Since June 2007, Gabriele has been a Partner and Consultant at Mercuri Urval, where responsibilities include executive assessments, leadership development, coaching, and project management. Prior to that, from March 2006 to May 2007, Gabriele served as a Trainer and Coach at Kabel Deutschland, focusing on communication training and the development of onboarding programs. Gabriele's career began at Hewlett-Packard, where, from April 1991 to December 2001, responsibilities included international project management in sales and marketing, along with system implementation and process development. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, attained between 1998 and 2005, and additional education from IHK München.
