Luana Beatriz Schroeder is an accomplished professional with a diverse background, currently working at Mercos in the role of Implantação (Integrações) since May 2024. Previously served as a Customer Success Analyst at Aprova Digital from August 2022 to May 2024, focusing on customer support, onboarding, and improving customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Luana worked as an Assistente de gestão de projetos at TI Tecnologia - Mercado Consultoria, managing client inquiries and project timelines.
