Meaghan Messner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformative change and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Navigate Corporation since June 2019, Messner focuses on enhancing customer and employee experiences to drive operational performance. Formerly a Rapid Results Catalyst at Rapid Results Institute, Messner specialized in applying the Rapid Results Approach for sustainable social impact. Previous roles include Improvement Advisor at Community Solutions, Inc. and Program Analyst with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, where leadership was provided in the effort to end veteran homelessness in Philadelphia. Messner's career also includes experiences as a Presidential Management Fellow across various governmental departments and positions in development and relations management. Meaghan holds an MPA in International Community Development from Rutgers University - Camden and a BA in Economics, Computer Science, and Asian Studies from the College of the Holy Cross.
