Jianda Yuan is a Senior Medical Director at Merck, overseeing H&N Late Oncology and Translational Oncology since February 2016. With extensive experience in immuno-oncology, Jianda Yuan serves as Group Chairman of the Biomarker Taskforce at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer since September 2014. Prior roles include Director at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where Jianda Yuan developed a successful translational research platform and managed numerous clinical trials in cancer immunotherapy. Contributions to the Cancer Immunotherapy Consortium involved enhancing immune monitoring assays. Jianda Yuan holds a Ph.D. in Oncology from Shanghai Medical University and an MD from the Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University.
