Debra Gartner is an accomplished professional in regulatory affairs and process development with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Since November 2018, Debra has been serving as Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Merck, building upon previous roles as Sr. Scientist in Regulatory Affairs - CMC, where responsibilities included managing regulatory activities for devices and drug-device combination products. Prior to Merck, Debra held positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Novartis, and other companies, focusing on process development, characterization, and technology transfer.
