Cheryl Emery has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) within the pharmaceutical industry. Since September 2007, Emery has held multiple leadership roles at Merck, currently serving as Associate Vice President and Head of Global Regulatory CMC, as well as overseeing Global Systems & Operations, and Tech Advocacy & Policy. Prior to this, Emery was an Associate Director of CMC at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and held various positions at Merck & Co., Inc., including Sr. Regulatory Scientist. Early career experiences include roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals and sanofi-aventis. Emery holds a Master's degree in QA/Regulatory Affairs from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Lafayette College.
