Ya-Ting Lei, PhD, MBA is a seasoned professional in business development and licensing with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Business Development & Licensing for Greater Asia at Merck Group, Ya-Ting also holds the position of Director in Alliance Management within Global Business Development. Concurrently, Ya-Ting is a guest lecturer at the National University of Singapore, imparting knowledge on "Bio-innovation & Entrepreneurship." Previous roles include Regional Business Manager for Tissue Diagnostics at Roche and Senior Market Development Manager for Clinical Genomics at Illumina, among others. Ya-Ting’s educational background includes a PhD from Columbia University and an MBA from INSEAD, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from National Taiwan University.
